Activation Email Link Has More Than Activated Message

After installing and customizing Vbulletin 5 I set the registration options for email verification. I had someone on another computer test it and after registering with a yahoo account, they received the activation email and clicked on the link. The account seems to have activated fine, but the problem is the link they click on takes them to a page on our website (our website url followed by /registration/activateUser? And a bunch of letters, numbers etc.) with information and errors that should not be there. I found the place to edit the text message, but not all the junk that should not be there. I want the message that simply says the account is active and not the following.

The Bottom has all kinds of boxes like yes, no, ok cancel add files and things and if you click on them you get an error message.

Can anyone tell me what template to edit, or what I can do to remove all this extra junk?
