That dropdown is for the entire folder, thats in your usercp isn't it?.

As Simon said, that image of the dropdown is from your inbox, private.php , not from when you are reading the single PM. So, are you saying you want users to be able to check a bunch of boxes next to a bunch of PMs and report several at a time?
