Display Referral count in postbit

Hi there,

Could somebody please help me so I can get a user's referral count displayed in the postbit, underneath the postcount if possible?
I found a plugin but it was for 3.6.5 I believe and I'm using 3.8.7

If anyone could tell me how to do this, or direct me to a helpful thread, that would be great!
