some thread can not find after vB upgrading

I had upgraded vB4 to vB5 with no error.

I can not find some threads or posts after upgrading. But I can find them in Database.

I have no idea on this. Any body help fix this?

Did you update your counters, search index?

That may fix your problem, I know the new vb5 structure is a bit different then vb4.

Yes, I did. But that can not fix problem.

I found the problem, if run Maintenance > General Update Tools > Delete Duplicate Topics, it will be happen.

I upgraded vb5 again, It works well now.
