adding links to logo

This doesn't have to do with creating a logo or style. So i putting it here. What is the best way of add links to a logo. I like to add some links that go to a different url. mostly links to the Minnesota Vikings site and other stuffs. What the best way of doing it.

the links i like to add is to the purple area of the logo, very top of the logo.

At a top-level explanation:
You add the HTML code for the links you want into the Header template.

Or do you need help with the actual HTML?
