Select All PM"s Not Working

In the PM system where you can check the top box to auto select a number of pm's to delete etc based on date or however they are grouped is no longer working. I am assuming it's a java thing that is broken in a template somehwere but I cannot seem to get it fixed.

Can anybody help me out?
