Error 412 ( Precondition Failed)

Dear Sir,

I am facing problem with newly installed vbulletin version 4.2

when user is copy pasting from word document or even by note pad.

he is getting a user message of Error 412 / PreCondition Failed.

What is the solution.

What is in your error_logs (if you don't know where they are, ask your host)?
