I created 2 new profile fields, but the titles are not showing up.?
https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/attachment.php?attachmentid=144084&d=1362889637
Is there a cache that needs to be refreshed or something.?
It is vB 4.2PL3, but i haven't added any profile fields for a long time.
Any suggestions.?
Thanks
So if you click "Edit" for those fields, the titles appears in the "Title" text box at the top? And what did you add for the titles (is it anything other than plain text)?

Sorry, i didn't get a notice there was a response.
Yea it's just plain text, no funny/special characters or anything else, just plain text. (PSN ID & Wii ID)
And when i go back in to edit, it is still there, it just doesn't show up in admin or when a user tries to edit their profile.
For now, i've put default text into the box to let users know what it is for, but the downside to that is that it shows up as if they typed it in. Bunch of dead links (so i go in & edit all new users if they didn't add something) :(

Is it showing up in the phrase table? (field38_title?)

Umm.. I'm not sure what a phrase table is, or where to see it.
Would that be if i search using the "Quick Phrase Finder" ?
If so, yes it shows up there.!

I would simply delete the two fields w/ the missing titles, re-create new fields and assign to whatever your trying to achieve i.e. specify the new fieldid's.
Lynne meant in the actual table withing let's say phpmyadmin etc.

I see, we'll i guess i could try that, but i just made these two a week or so ago, so i dont see why it would work, but you never know until you try i guess. :)
phpmyadmin scares me. lol

Nope that didn't do anything different.?
Any other ideas..
Or do i really need to look into the phpmyadmin tables.?

It's very difficult to know what the exact problem is. If you have ticket support, I'd suggest putting in a ticket so we can take a look at your database.

I just renew'd my license a few months ago so im sure i do have ticket support (unless it is extra), but i should probably try to do it myself, & get over my fear of phpmyadmin. lol
Got any tips on how to go about it, or where to go once i get in.? (figure out all the passwords etc to get in. lol)
If i can't, i will look into ticket support.
Thanks

I would compare the phrases for the non-working titles with the working titles and see if there is anything obviously different.
