i was just renaming and coloring my usergroups then after few min my password changed and no one in my clan could see threads !

All of your forums are private, so it is difficult to reproduce the error :) Could you add a public forum for testing purposes?

From what I understand, there may be too much load on your servers. Try disabling some of your most intensive plugins to see if the problem is mitigated. If so, you may need to look into dedicated hosting.
