Internet Explorer trashes my Navbar and Left widgets

I have searched around, and it is obvious that IE causes all sorts of problems...

Website looks fine in Mozilla and Chrome, and looks like s**t in IE.

If I use just Hondaf6b.com it completely breaks it.

Try using .htaccess file will stop anyone using the wrong URL but you cms seems to be a custom URL so check URL settings

A custom URL would really throw off the margins in IE like that? If I change the URL to anything else, the site doesn't work. =/ Becomes a white screen with just blue links.
