Facebook/Twitter MOD

I am looking for a MOD that automatically posts to a Facebook page, and a Twitter account, I find it amazing that a free forum software like MyBB can do this, but a paid for software can't.

I've tried the various MODS on here but they either don't work, or don't do what I want them to.
