i join to thard and this give my this error on the top :

its samethin when i login to usercp i get this error :

Log into to your server, either through ssh, ftp, or a cpanel file browser, find your php.ini file (use the link in admincp to get its exact location) open it up and edit the line shown in the post.

All of those errors are because there are line like:
=& new in the code when running php 5.3+

Also I'd upgrade to 3.8.7 from 3.8.4 unless there's a good reason not to.
