VB3 and Php 5.3

No, vb3.8.x will work without issue on php 5.3.x although some mods from here that utilise the mysql database may write TYPE = MYSIAM before installing those mods you should change the word TYPE for ENGINE as TYPE has been deprocated.

You need to ask at vbAdvanced im afraid.

Only 3.8.5 and up is compatible with PHP5.3. And only 3.8.8 is compatible with PHP5.4.

Help for vbadvanced is only given on the vbadvanced site.
