I need a Portal or Entrance for my site

I am running Version 4.2.0 and in need of a good portal / entrance for my forum.
I am trying a WordPress page but not sold on that, too complicated for me to get it what I want look wise.

Does vB have any portal, i believe it was called cms (?), I haven't being here in a while, refresh me please.

The suit has cms but some cpanels let you build a website and it does look good it depends how much work you put into it
