Custom status icons

I having a problem, i try changing my status icon to a custom one, using the default way and now my custom image is not showing up. I did everything i read on the net and still not showing up. I put in twins_ in the prefix field. the image is twins_forum_new-48.png. Did i do something wrong.

It somewhat work. the new post custom icon show up. but the old custom icon i have does not.

I get this. 404 Not Found, The resource requested could not be found on this server!
