Post Count before post in specific forum

I have seen many forum have opted post option count limit before posting in specific forum or category.

for example: in digital point if you want to post thread in buy sell forum you need at least 25 post etc.

How i can do this in my forum. :up:

You can do that with the group promotion system.

But i don't find any option there to enter forum id?
