Serious Forum Mess-Up

This is actually regarding another forum I assist as an administrator, but I'm not sure if I can ask for support on it. However, it can't hurt to post and see. :)

The problem is this: it's seriously messed up. One of the co-owners removed some modifications when this happened.

I don't see anything wrong with the style. What am I supposed to notice?

In 4.2.0 you don't need the extra tab plugin you have can see the link in the footer and that is a very old version this will cause problems. Apart from the footer being messed up I don't see anything else that is wrong

Anon managed to get it fixed finally after a little over five hours. XD

EDIT: For reference, it looked something like this (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?p=2402502#post2402502), but worse.

That just looks like the CSS files weren't being called properly.
