Excess space above footer

I have some excess space above my footer and I just can't find where it is in the templates to reduce it.

It's below the forum side blocks and above the footer as indicated in the screenshot. If anyone can help me I'd be very grateful.

The forum sidebar is pushing it down. I had the same problem and wound up not being able to find a resolution. I took the last 2 blocks out.
I really hope you find an answer. I'd like to put my other blocks back in.
