Does any one use a spreadsheet that shows in the users profile and members can fill the info in them self maybe some kind of plugin or editing to the templates

And in the new tab there would be a spreadsheet that members can add the info themselfs

There is a mod/instructions here somewhere by Wired1 about custom profile fields and custom profile fields tab for user profile. search around for it. it requires editing a core file. There may be a new method that doesn't, but last time i implemented it, that is what i had to do.

I have that already but it is no where close to a spreadsheet

the jquery DataTables plugin would be something that comes to mind, but would required a bit of coding to implement. Looks just like a spreadsheet.
