I have a problem sometimes I cannot see the threads
and reply for members?

When you go to "Control Panel", I find that he has 9 posts, and when i search for his posts he only has 1 post.

In the admin panel after you login you will see some stats like
Threads to Moderate
Posts to Moderate
Users to Moderate
