Hi
We're just considering IF we should be upgrading from vB4 to vB5 - but we're missing some kind of ticket system, to handle support for our customers via a forum or similar. Other BB systems like Invisionpower, have this feature already built into it's add-on IP Nexus.
Does anyone know if there is OR will be available as an Add-on or similar for vB5?
