Reputation and Negging system

Hey Guy's,

I am looking for a plugin that can allow forum members to give 1 single reputation point to a post if they like the post and also be able to give 1 single negative removal of 1 point should they dislike a post.

Is there anything like this for VB4 i have seen it on other forums before?
