Is there a way I can set auto posting of articles from some feed?. Like a robot that post new threads from a source?

You can use the RSS Feed Manager (under RSS Feeds in the admincp) to post announcements or threads from a feed. If you mean CMS articles, I don't think there's a way unless a mod exists.
