Retina Display Devices

Hey all,

As there are more and more devices that have "Retina Display" screens or super HDTV quality, I was wondering what's the best way to accommodate for these devices.

Anything that isn't an image should scale accordingly as defined with HTML/CSS. If you have any images (headers, banners, etc) that are of lower quality, they may appear pixelated on higher resolution devices.
