Stop Members Posting Just Links

Is there a way to stop members from posting just links on there own in posts with no other content?

You could use this mod (https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=233979), to prevent members with less than x posts from posting any links at all. If your issue is being caused by new members that could help you solve it.
