Remove Forum Head

How can I remove the header above the forums section?

(Where it says "Main Category, Threads/Posts, Last Post.) I want to remove the entire bar.

just remove(delete) the forum category from forum manager.

admincp> forum and moderators> forum manager>

you will see list. the top in the list is the forum category that sit in the forum head the one without without dash dash (- -)

Um, don't do that. You'll also delete all forums in that category and threads will NOT be saved.

Just go into your Forum Manager and toggle the Act as Forum option to Yes.
