Inferno vbShout database problem

I have 3.8.7 and I attempted to install the inferno vBshout and it doesn't work.

I get this error message:

Database error in vBulletin 3.8.7:

Invalid SQL:
select * from vB3_infernoshoutusers where s_user='1';

MySQL Error : Table '****_*********.vB3_infernoshoutusers' doesn't exist

Can someone please help me? I tried deleting all the files, etc. nothing works.
I realize that the modification can't create the table, but how can I fix the problem?

Yes, I got it from here, and I do realize it said that, but the modification is now in the graveyard so I have nowhere else to post a question.

The table is : MySQL Error : Table 'dashy_vBulletin.vB3_infernoshoutusers' doesn't exist

Have you tried pming the coder or use a better shout box

If it is in the graveyard, then where did you download it from? That just makes no sense. Usually a mod is in the graveyard for a reason so I would not suggest installing it.

I've had it for about a year now.
