Deleteed Banned usergroup

I have by mistake deleted Banned user group .. even though later I created the Banned users group .. but it does not take effect .. whereas when i try to delete any spam post and want to ban user .. when i try to delete posts as spam and want to ban user but in spam management no ban option comes .. it happens only after deleting banned user group .. how can i rectify it .. please help

you would need to change the group id as it will have changed when you remade it

Try phpMyAdmin in usergroup in field usergroupid set it to 8

i can not find phpMyAdmin anywhere .. please explain more to overcome this problem
