Using cpanel

Just wondering do I have to use FTP to upload file when I want to add a Mod or can I do it through cPanel ?

I would do it through cpanel, if it's vBulletin it's self I would do this via FTP.

Both are required, sometimes you need to upload file to server which is via ftp
xml is uploaded via cpanel

I have uploaded XML through adminCP before
