is there a way to change individual rep power manually? as u can see in the picture, the rep power is 0 even when i tried to increase it's rep to 100000.

thats not what i'm looking for... There is two, REPUTATION and REP POWER. I know how to edit the reputation, but how do i edit the REP POWER?

users profile admin panel it can be changed there if thats what you are after

A quick glance through the ACP leads me to think that you can only manually adjusts admins rep power. You will need a modification to change anyone else's.
ACP -> settings - user reputation options

Maybe this is what you are looking for:
Go to their profile and click the pencil icon, change the value in the Reputation field.

I believe rep power is just a reflection of rep level. It's not an exact representation, but I don't think it can be altered independently, unless this changed in vB4.
