Problem with E-Mail

i have a problem with my "pw lose" function. When i use the function then comes the problem

"Warnung: fsockopen(): unable to connect to tcp://213.239.201.19:25 (Connection timed out) in [path]/includes/class_mail.php (Zeile 742)"

Is your forum able to send out any email? It looks like there's a problem with your configuration or your outgoing mail server. You should contact your host and tell them about the error.
