Email notification of new messages in moderator queue

Has anyone come up with a way to send Email notification of new messages in moderator queue waiting for approval?

If not - how about a Kickstarter to fund a developer to work on it?

lol - only 62 views in a month
and even worse - no votes either way :o

I would have thought more people might want to be notified by email rather than having to
log in to the forum just to see if there was something waiting in the moderation queue.
