I rmember installing the remove moderator hack on vb and it worked fine then

but when I backed it up, and restored it, the moderator column is now showing again everywhere

I am POSITIVE that the templaets are all stil edited, as I have checked them ( even reverted them back to original and re-hacked them ) but the column STILL shows up. Do i need to edit any php fiiles maybe ???

Please can someone suggest something to do

thank you

What version are you running?

I used this one (v 2.0.3): http://vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=28758

Were no files to edit, Just templates...
Maybe it shows some of them you did not edit.

I'm having the same problem. I've used the same txt (hack), I've done it over and over, but the colum still appears. I'm positive it is removed from the templates.

What gives? I see people asking about this everywhere and nobody has the right answers?

I found the answer!

"It sounds like you've been editing the wrong templateset. In your control panel, go to styles -> modify and find the style you're using. Click properties and look at the template set that is selected in the drop down. Make sure you're editing that template set."

That was it exactly.

Thought I'd post this here for anyone else who is pulling their hair out like I was.
