Chinese Language for vbulletin 4.2.0

I am currently managing a website in English language and due to the language restriction, most of my members prefer to have Chinese language support in the forum. They need to have registration, forum, creating threads, help and FAQ all in Chinese Language.

Does vbulletin 4.2.0 support Chinese language and how to implement the same.

Appreciate a quick update on this.
