Is there a mod for this?

I have an automotive enthusiasts forum, and I'm always on the lookout for posts/threads that contain information that could be a good technical article.

I need a way that my members could flag a thread as a potential tech article. There is the 'report post' https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/external/2013/01/5.gif

But I think most people don't notice it, and it doesn't really scream "Tell the staff to make this a technical article".

All I need is an icon that would get peoples attention that would flag a thread as something I should look at to create a technical article from.

Is there any existing mods for 3.8 that could do this??
