Ok,
so, here are my forums Greed Monger Forums (http://www.greedmonger.com/forum/forum.php)

Now, look at this sites forums Game Artisans (http://www.gameartisans.org/forums/forum.php)

I would LOVE to set my forums up the same way, basically as a website replacement, but I have no idea how this is possible.

Might any of you know where I could find the talent to do such a thing?

They look very similar. Exactly what is it on the second site that you like and exactly what on your site do you want to replace it with.

They are completely different.

The Game Artisans site is basically it's own site, integrated into the forums. I mean, the site is the forums. Look at the sub pages, articles etc. It's all just beautifully structured.

It's simply a modified menu system at the top with a custom content slider added to the header between the nav section and the forums.

I am not sure what content slider that is but that is what happened here.

I'd like someone to give my forums a work over.

It looks like they use several mods from Pretty Picture, after looking through their code.
