Quote bubble disappeared!!

For some random reason .. the quote bubble box doesn't show anymore.I checked the default template and the same issue with it too.I globally disabled all modifications and still same issue.Can anyone help me out?

To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit includes/config.php and add this line right under <?php

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

I already tried that , as i mentioned on the thread. But it doesn't work :/ .

You seem to have the Default Style missing
Create a new style with no parent:

Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
Parent Style: No Parent Style
Title: Default Style
Allow User Selection: Yes
Save

Alright I fixed the quote issue by using a custom quote css and stuff but i just found out that, my code ,html code, php code bbcode tags are also bugged.
