Tabs not appearing

So im running the latest vb4 (vBulletin 4.2.0 Patch Level 3), and in nav manager I've added in the required tabs I want displayed.

For example a test one:

Identity tab_njy1_518
Active Yes
Product vBulletin
Title Test
Target URL www.example.com
Display Order 20
Show Permission Name (left this blank)
Append 'tabid' to URL No
Tab Script(s) (left this blank)

But it is not appearing?
Any ideas?

please post the Target URL that is being used also the display order make sure it is not already being used by another and a link to your forums as well

Nevermind, I had made changes within the template previously that had not been updated when upgrading!
