how to add fb and twitter follow us buttons

hi i just wanted to know how i can add facebook and twitter follow us bottons in the header like on the site in the screenshot any help on this would be great

i`ve found the code to put in the header template but where in the template do i put it so the buttons are before the facebook connect like on the screenshot i posted

thats not my site i just put the screen shot of that site up to show what i wanted mine like my site is in my sig

first you would need to put the image files into your ftp then try just before the facebook connect if that does not work try the end of the header
