[Help]Forum Sidebar not showing

Hello everyone,
I have a forum called Cybertron Wizards running on Vbulletin 4.2.
I am unable to view Forum Sidebar.I set forum sidebar on in options and created forum blocks too but it's not working.
Please suggest me how to make it work
Hope my problem will be solved.
