Time problem?

I have the time set in my settings as GMT -6:00 Central time. Currently it is 7:05 PM here, but when I go look at the time for example in the shoutbox, it shows at like 3:05 AM. What's wrong with the time? I'm pretty sure all the users are have problems with it.s

What time does the clock have at the bottom of your forum?
If that time is correct, it schould also be correct in the shoutbox.

If not, what is your server time?
Is that the same as the shoutbox?

If it's just the shoutbox that has the wrong time, you will need to post in the modification thread for help.

It's 6:17 PM here.

Edit: Changed the server time. All good now, thanks for the help.
