How to find activity in last 30 days?

I need to find out who my active members were in the last 30 days. How would I go about doing that?

In the admin section, under the Users grouping, select "search for users". In the Advanced section scroll down till you see "Last Activity is After" and put the desired date (a month ago) in the form and click one of the "find" buttons.
