I want to put in a 300 x 300 ad space on the right

I need help trying to figure out a way to put an ad space that is 300 x 300 pixels on the right side of my forum, maybe after the first 5 posts, or say 600 pixels down from the navbars, or anything similar.

It's as if I want to create a column that is 300 pixels wide but that doesn't extend the full height of the page. The forum posts would continue to the full width of the page above and below this 300 pixel ad.

Any ideas?

It seems like you are using the full length of the column for your ads and widgets. I want to use only part of a column and have the forum continue to the edge of the page above and below this truncated column.

If you can maybe use photoshop or paint to sort of mark what exactly you need I could help you out a bit more.
