Late last week, we started having intermittent issues with our web servers. Over the weekend, we have been able to mitigate many of the issues with server restarts and monitoring. Our previous time issues are related to this as well. However there are ongoing issues that we are looking at that involve email and support ticket responses. These issues have impacted reply times from the support staff. We are working with Development and Network Operations to resolve these issues as soon as possible.
