How to integrate adfly type function to make users see ads when they click on thread

I want that wheever users click on a thread title or external link, they should see a adfly type page that makes them wait for 5 seconds before proceeding.
I hope to generate some revenue by making users see ads on the page.
Is there anything like this out there?

PS I noticed a similar feature in following thread but it works on external links and not on internal thread titles etc.
