Notices Criteria: language

I want display Notices in different langauges. I need notices criteria language.

When you add a notice, a phrase is created for the text. So if you find the phrase for a notice, you should be able to enter translations. For example, the phrase for notice id 5 would be named notice_5_html. You could also just search for the text in your phrase and find it that way.
