File Version Mismatch

So I've been having issues with my board. Was late to update to PL3 for 4.2.0.

I've just uploaded the patch files. When I run the diagnostics to check suspect file versions, many files have the following:

File version mismatch: found 4.2.0 Patch Level 1, expected 4.2.0 Patch Level 3

I'm positive I have the correct patch downloaded (directly from vbulletin.com)

Did you download the full vb4.2.0PL3 package and upload it to your site or only downloaded/uploaded the patch files?

I only downloaded the patch files, but the mismatches listed are in the patched files download.
