Swearing Censorship Plugin to Report Incidents

I have done some searching but have failed to find a plugin to do what I'm after; does anyone know if there is a plugin that does all of the following:

a) Censor/Mask/Remove a swear word
b) Automatically reports the offending post to moderators
c) Allow you to add swear words to the list

Only the last one can be done with default settings. What you need is something made. Post in paid section would be the best way to go as this type of plugin has not been made here

I mean swearing censorship is already built into vBulletin it's just the emailing the moderators about it that is the part I'm after. Looks like I'll have to do some hard searching or think about tackling it myself.

In the meantime if anyone does know of anything that would do this feel free to share, thank you.

Our members do make use of this from time to time, but I would also like to pickup on when members swear and have it reported in an automated manner.
