facing error when try to edit headinclude

when i try to edit my tamplate headinclude
then it display the following errors

last time i just simply upload the client script on my fourm root for text formatting on users rank but it is displaying this error

What *exact* code are you adding to the headinclude and *exactly* where are you adding it?

(And that actually looks like the response from a modification, so perhaps disable your plugins and see if it works.)
