How we to help if you don't
1) Give the forum url
2) Give screenshots of the problem
3) Show error logs

No error logs, can't really screenshot it as it's obv a hard code issue

We need more info regardless. Are you clicking "apply" for the settings. Is it giving an error?
Link to it?

And what is in your error_logs (if you don't know where they are, ask your host) when you do this? Have you tried disabling all of your modifications? Did this used to work? What changed just before it stopped working?

And what happened on that one day they stopped working? What version of vbulletin are you running? What version of PHP, MySQL, and PCRE? Are all files totally default - you may run Maintenance > Diagnostics > Suspect File Version to see if any come up with Unexpected Content or expecting different versions.

You answered the question about the vbulletin version, but no others.
